Say Something [Cheater!Dean x Reader]

    She sat in silence, tears and rain falling down her fragile skin. The girl's hand rested on her chest, she didn't know how much her heart could take anymore; all of the lonely nights, the constant arguments, and the broken promises - took a toll on her.

    The girl took a shaky breath, and slipped the band - that was around her ring finger - off. She had enough of his lies and promiscuous ways, it was time to let him go.

    She grabbed the mobile device that was in her pocket, and dialed his number. The girl studied the digits intensely; she had to do this, and not back out of it.

    The phone rang, each ring breaking her heart a little more. And suddenly a soothing voice flooded her ears.

    "Hello?" The all too familiar voice answered.

    She let out a small whimper, it had been weeks since she heard that voice. The voice that left her alone in the world.

    "Is anyone there?" The man huffed, "I'm quite busy, so if you are going to waste my time, i'm hanging up." He droned, and in the background she could hear a high pitch giggle.

    The girl was at a loss of words; she hadn't expected him to be with a girl, but it was no surprise to her anymore.

    "Alright, i'm hangin-"

    "Dean." She choked out, her voice barely a whisper.

    "Y-Y/N?" He muttered, "Why are you calling? I-I told you not to call, I said i'd be back and you don't have to worry." Dean chided.

    Y/N let out a sigh, of course he would lie, he always did. All the times he would say he was on a 'hunting trip', would really mean he was fucking a girl behind her back.

    "I'm calling because it's over, Dean." Y/N stated, "I'm tired of your lies. I had enough of you cheating behind my back. I thought you were the one, I thought you'd be the father of my children, that we would grow old and spoil our grandchildren. I would have followed you anywhere, I would go to hell and back for you. Does that mean anything to you?" She whimpered, clutching the ring in her hand.

    "Y/N, please don't do this." The man whimpered, stormed out of the motel room. "W-where are you?" He asked, getting into his car.

    The girl, now with more confidence, smiled. "Don't bother Dean," she droned, "It's over, the paperwork is on the countered at your place. I'm filing for a divorce." Y/N informed, and ended the call.

    She looked at the ring in her hand, "You hold too much pain," She sighed, tossing it into a lake. Without a giving it a second look, she walked away.
